1. Matter taken up on mentioning after lunch.
2. At the outset, learned ASC for the State submits that according to the information received by him, the petitioner has already been released on the basis of SRB decision for pre-mature release. In view of this submission, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition since it has become infructuous with the release of the petitioner.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
