1. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 305/2022 of Police Station Mehrauli, South for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has settled the dispute with the petitioners.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after respondent no.2 and petitioner no.1 get their marriage dissolved by way of decree.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
