1. Matter taken up on mentioning.
2. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case C.No. VIII(AP)(10)P&I/3429-D/Arrival/2022 for offence under Section 8/21/23/28 of NDPS Act.
3. For the first time, this bail application was listed before another bench in December 2025. After the application travelled through different benches, it was noticed by the learned predecessor bench that earlier application of the present accused/applicant had been dismissed as withdrawn before this bench, so the application got transferred to this bench for being heard today.
4. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that vide order dated 07.05.2026, one of the predecessor benches had directed the attending doctors at RML Hospital to furnish a report, which has not been furnished.
5. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before This is a digitally signed order. the trial court and also seeks liberty to convince the trial court to call for report of RML Hospital referred to above.
