1. Petitioner/wife seeks mandamus to the learned Family Court for deciding the application for interim maintenance in time-bound period.
2. I have heard learned counsel for petitioner/wife at length. The petitioner is stated to be a qualified fashion designer, but not working due to depression. The ordersheets of the learned Family Court have been filed with the petition and I have examined the same. The said ordersheets reflect multiple defaults on the part of petitioner herself and her counsel. Rather, even cost had to be imposed on the petitioner.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
4. Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court.
