1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 227/2022 of Police Station Jyoti Nagar for offence under Section 3(1)(p)/3(1)(q)/3(1)(r) of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has settled the disputes with the petitioner.
2. On being pointed out that the offence alleged against the petitioner is a social wrong and not a personal wrong between the two parties, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of his client, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, this petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
