1. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 247/2026 of PS Narela Industrial Area for offence under Section 108/85 BNS.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to raise same arguments in the regular bail application after surrender.
3. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
