1. By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [“BNSS”], the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 97/2025, dated 15.02.2025, registered at Police Station Narela, Outer North, Delhi, under Sections 21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [“NDPS Act”].
2. After some arguments, Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application.
3. The bail application, alongwith any pending application, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
4. It is clarified that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.
