1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 61/2018 of PS Nanakpura for offence under Section 406/498A/34 IPC on the grounds that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised all disputes with the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of his clients present in court, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after marriage between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 gets dissolved by decree of divorce.
3. As requested, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
