2. By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 847/2023, dated 21.12.2023, registered under Sections 328/376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, lodged at P.S. Alipur, Delhi.
