1. This petition was scheduled to be listed on 27.08.2026, but has been listed today, as 27.08.2026 was declared a holiday vide Notification No. 85/ G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 21.08.2026.
2. By way of the present petition under Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondent No. 2 by the Sessions Court vide order dated 06.06.2025, in connection with FIR No. 161/2023, dated 19.06.2023, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, under Sections 419/420/384/354A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
