% 31.08.2026 This matter is taken up today as 27th August, 2026, was declared as a Local Holiday.
1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 07th March, 2023, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 5517/2020.
2. Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over to this Court a copy of the judgment dated 11th August, 2026, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA 34/2024, which is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the judgment dated 07th March, 2023, compliance of which is sought by way of the present petition, has been set aside vide judgment dated 11th August, This is a digitally signed order.
