1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), seeking withdrawal of the present contempt petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter between the petitioner and the respondents, has been amicably settled.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and the pending applications are also disposed of.
