1. This Application under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the CPC has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for withdrawal of the Suit on the ground that the parties have decided to have all their dispute adjudicated by way of Arbitration.
2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
3. Liberty is also granted to the Plaintiff to raise the claim, as raised in the present Suit, before the arbitral tribunal in accordance with law.
4. The Application allowed.
