1. This is an Application on behalf of the Respondent for vacation of ex parte interim Order dated 20.07.2026 passed by this Court in the captioned Petition.

2. The main ground taken in the Application is that the Order dated 20.07.2026 was passed on the submission made by the Petitioner that no dues are payable and that only because the Petitioner has a dispute with the landlord, the maintenance agency is threatening to disconnect the electricity.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent states that a sum of Rs.17,19,326/- was in fact due and payable by the Petitioner towards This is a digitally signed order. maintenance and other charges as on 20.07.2026.

4. In response thereto, it is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that a sum of Rs.22 Lakhs have been paid by the Petitioner yesterday, i.e., on 24.08.2026, meaning thereby, no dues are payable by the Petitioner to the Respondent as of today.

5. Now, since there is no amount due and payable by the Petitioner to the Respondent, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner that the monthly charges which are due and payable shall continue to be paid to the Respondent.

6. With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with the pending application(s).

7. The next date already fixed in the matter, i.e., 03.11.2026, stands cancelled. SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J AUGUST 25, 2026 hsk This is a digitally signed order.
