1. When the matter was listed for hearing on 28.05.2025, 22.07.2025, 25.08.2025 and on 22.09.2025, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant despite clear directions issued vide this Tribunal Order dt 25.08.2025 that in case the Applicant does not appear during next date of hearing, the matter shall be decided on its merit. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant which clearly implies that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing his case.
