1. Petitioner has assailed judgment dated 28.01.2026 of the Court of Sessions whereby dismissal of application under Section 156(3) CrPC was upheld.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn. However, at request of learned counsel for petitioner, learned trial court is requested to dispose of the complaint case of petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
