1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 80013271/2025 of Police Station Okhla Industrial Area for offence under 318(4)/3(5) of BNS.

3. Since as on date the accused/applicant is not in jail, as he has not surrendered, in my view this application for grant of regular bail is not maintainable. Therefore, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed.
