1. By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 399/2017 dated 19.11.2017, registered at Police Station Mansarovar Park, District Shahdara, Delhi, under Sections 420/468/471/188/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. After some hearing, Mr. Rizwan Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners before the learned Trial Court, at the stage of arguments on charge/discharge application, if any.
3. The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.
