1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking early hearing of the captioned petition, which is next scheduled to be listed on 19.11.2026.
2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed and the captioned petition is taken up on Board.
3. The application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
4. By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks modification of bail condition imposed upon him vide order dated 28.11.2019, passed by the Trial Court, to the extent that he may be permitted to travel abroad for business purposes, without seeking permission of the Court.
