1. Petitioners seek modification of the condition specified in order dated 18.06.2026 of the learned trial Magistrate and the consequent order dated 12.08.2026.
2. On being pointed out that the impugned condition had been imposed by the trial court only on the submissions made by petitioners themselves and the payment was subject to final outcome of the case, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. However, as requested by learned counsel for petitioners, the compliance with the impugned order by way of paying Rs. 40,00,000/- to the complainant be carried out within one week from today.
