1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 315/2016 of PS Fatehpur Beri for offence under Section 406/498A/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for petitioners on instruction of his clients present in Court seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh subsequent to obtaining the decree of divorce.
3. As requested, petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
