1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to filing of the present petition, the order dated 07th February, 2025 passed by the District Judge, (Commercial Court-03), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in CS (COMM) 1253/2022 has been complied with. He, thus, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
