1. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 559/2017 of PS Sangam Vihar for offence under Section 323/341/452/427/506/34 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has settled the disputes with the petitioners.
2. On being pointed out by learned APP for State that trial has already commenced, so inherent powers cannot be invoked to quash the FIR, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
