1. The present petition has been filed challenging the five Identical Awards all dated 30th October, 2025, passed by the Industrial Tribunal-II, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi, whereby, the respondents-workmen have been directed to be regularized to the post of Cattle Catcher with effect from 19th August, 2008, along with consequential benefits and payment of wages on the principle of “Equal Pay for Equal Work”.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the Awards have been rendered in separate industrial references, they arise from identical facts and circumstances.

3. This Court notes that though the Awards are all dated 30th October, 2025, they have been passed in different cases, and the Awards are also distinct. This is a digitally signed order. 6. Noting the aforesaid, the present petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of. MINI PUSHKARNA, J AUGUST 20, 2026/au This is a digitally signed order.
