1. By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR 49/2026, dated 21.02.2026, registered at Police Station Maurya Enclave, District North West, Delhi, under Sections 329(4)/331(3)/305 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Sunil Choudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn, in view of the aforesaid submission.
4. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open in accordance with law before the Trial Court.
