2. Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that he was captured on CCTV footage while accepting a packet from main accused Arif and that packet contained 195 grams heroin.
3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks parity with co-accused Sangeeta who was granted bail by this Court on 06.07.2026. But in case of Sangeeta, circumstances were different in the sense that she was first arrested on the basis of disclosure of co-accused and subsequent to that arrest, the contraband was recovered from her house. On the other hand in the present case, the accused/applicant was arrested subsequent to the alleged recovery.

CCTV footage of the police station and the residential area of the accused/applicant would depict that he was first picked up by police at 02:30am from his residence and taken to police station and thereafter taken back to his home from where recovery was done and thereafter he was arrested. It is submitted by learned counsel that his application for obtaining CCTV footages is already pending before the trial court.
5. In the above backdrop, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh after he receives the CCTV footages. Learned trial court is requested to expeditiously decide the application for obtaining CCTV footages.
6. As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
