1. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 154/2026 of PS IGI Airport for offence under Section 318(4)/319(2) BNS and Section 12 of Passports Act.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to raise same grounds in the regular bail application after surrender.
3. As requested, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
