1. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitionerseeks regular bail in connection with FIR No.166/2024, dated 23.04.2024, lodged at Police StationSpecial Cell, Delhi, under Sections419/420 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Vivek Kr. Gaurav, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. The bail application, alongwiththe pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
