1. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they have received a copy of an order from the respondents, in terms of the orders dated 24th July, 2026 and 27th July, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 97281/2026 and W.P.(C) 9648/2026, respectively and would be challenging the same in accordance with law.
2. He, thus, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
