1. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal and the connected applications.
2. He also states that the suit being CS(COMM) 750/2026 titled as M/S KRBL LTD. vs. Prasad Rice Mill & Anr. shall also be withdrawn within one week by filing an application in that respect.
3. The said submission is taken on record.
4. The present appeal along with the connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
