1. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that requisite action has already been taken against the encroachment and unauthorised construction in property bearing no. B-1/9. Ground Floor LIG Flats, Sector – 16, Rohini, Delhi - 110089, and an Action Taken Report in regard thereto has also been placed on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the said fact. However, he submits that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) ought to remain diligent. This is a digitally signed order. 3. Accordingly, MCD is directed to ensure that no unauthorized construction takes place in the property in question.
