1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 132/2021 of Police Station Dwarka (North), Delhi for offence under Section 420/467/468/471 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has settled the disputes with the petitioner.
2. Till this time (02:55pm) none has appeared for petitioners or even respondent no. 2. Learned APP for the State has taken me through observations in order dated 05.01.2026 describing the alleged forgery, which is punishable with life imprisonment.
3. Since none appears for petitioner, till this time, the petition is dismissed in default.
