1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 86/2020 of Police Station GTB Enclave, Delhi for offence under Section 498-A/406/34 IPC and Section. 4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights On Marriage) Act, 2019 on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has settled the disputes with the petitioners.
2. In view of observations recorded in order dated 05.01.2026, after addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of his clients present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
2. As requested, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
