1. Revisionist seeks setting aside of the order on charge dated 07.07.2026, whereby the revisionist was charged for offence under Section 12/10/9(1)/6/5(1) POCSO Act and under Section 323/328/341/506(1) IPC.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
