1. On 05.08.2026 this Court had requested Dr. Amit George, learned Sole Arbitrator, to be present in Court on the next date of hearing.
2. Dr. Amit George, learned Sole Arbitrator, is present in Court today. He states that the Order of recusal was passed out of anguish as the parties were not co-operating in the arbitration proceedings.
3. Learned Counsels for the parties have assured this Court that they will co-operate in the arbitration proceedings and will not take any unnecessary adjournments.
