1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 1503/2015 of PS Vasant Vihar for offence under Section 323/354/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
2. Status report is already on record, opposing the present petition.
3. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that parties face trial.
4. As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
