1. By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 316/2026, dated 29.05.2026, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, under Sections 110 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. After some hearing, Mr. Tarun Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners before the learned Trial Court.
