1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 610/2025 of Police Station Karol Bagh, Central District, Delhi for offence under Section 420/34 IPC on merits.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after rectifying certain errors. Today is the first effective date since on previous dates the matter could not reach till even 05:00pm.
3. As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
