1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 06th July, 2023, passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 7865/2025.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the operation of the judgment dated 06th July, 2023, stands stayed by way of the order dated 15th October, 2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA 842/2023.
3. When the operation of the said judgment is stayed by the Division Bench, no orders can be passed in the present petition.
4. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to revive the present petition, subject to any order that may be passed by the Division Bench. This is a digitally signed order.
