1. At the outset, learned ASC submits that the petition has become infructuous because the petitioner sought directions to the learned Magistrate to pass orders on the protest petition and now the learned Magistrate has already passed the order dated 20.03.2026 whereby, the protest petition has been dismissed.
2. Till this time (03:05pm) none appears for the petitioner.
3. In view of above submission of learned ASC, the present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
