1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petitions, as First Information Report (“FIR”) against the petitioner, i.e., Mr. Ahmed A.R. Buhari, has been quashed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
2. He submits that since the FIR against the petitioner has already been quashed, therefore, he does not wish to press the present petitions any further. This is a digitally signed order.
