1. By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 24/2026, dated 02.06.2026, registered at Cyber Police Station, District West, Delhi, under Sections 75(2)/75(3)/78(2)/79/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. Mr. Sudhir Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner in accordance with law.
3. The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission.
4. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
