1. By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 163/2021, dated 13.06.2021, lodged at Police Station Chandni Mahal under Sections 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. After some hearing, Mr. R.P.S. Bhatti, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners in the pending criminal proceedings.
