1. Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the learned Sessions Court vide order dated 20.05.2026 in case FIR No. 0080/2026 of PS Shalimar Bagh for offence under Section 64(1)/126/351(2)/115(2) BNS.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after rectifying the prayer clause.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
