1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 531/2022 of PS Anand Vihar for offence under Section 279/338 IPC and Section 3/181/5/180/ 146/196 of Motor Vehicle Act on merits.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of petitioner no.2 present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that withdrawal of this petition shall not be read to the prejudice of the petitioners by the trial court.
