1. Petitioner seeks directions for expeditious disposal of the petition filed by him under Section 127 CrPC before the trial court. But on being taken through the ordersheets of the trial court produced by learned counsel himself, which ordersheets reflect that it is the petitioner himself who was not diligent, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
