05.08.2026 By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 603/2023 dated 19.09.2023, registered at Police Station Swaroop Nagar, Outer North District, Delhi, under Sections 376/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1960, on the ground of settlement. Ms. Kalyani Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that she has instructions to withdraw this petition Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
