1. The present petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the orders dated 07th June, 2024, and 23rd

December, 2024, passed by the Family Court-01, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, in GP 54/2018.

2. It is to be noted that the present contempt petitions have been filed by the petitioner-mother alleging violation of the interim visitation rights, granted by the Family Court, in favour of the mother.

3. Further, this Court is now informed that a final judgment dated 26th September, 2025, has been passed by the Family Court in GP 54/2018, wherein, the custody of the minor child has been granted in favour of the petitioner-mother.

4. This Court is informed that the respondent herein has challenged the aforesaid judgment and an appeal being MAT. APP.(F.C.) 76/2026, is pending before the Division Bench of this Court, which is next listed for hearing on 29th September, 2026.

5. Since, the present petitions pertain to only the right of the petitioner- mother regarding the interim visitation rights with the minor daughter, it is to be noted that the petitioner-mother has already been granted the custody of the minor child.

6. Accordingly, as far as the issue with regards to the interim visitation is concerned, the same is no longer a material issue, for which compliance was being sought in the present proceedings.

7. Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in the present proceedings.

8. Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that in the order dated 25th February, 2026, the names of the parties as occurring in the said order, shall be redacted, as the same disclose the name of the minor daughter, who is stated to be a victim under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (“POCSO Act”).

9. Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petitions are accordingly, disposed of.

10. Pending applications also stand disposed of. MINI PUSHKARNA, J AUGUST 4, 2026/SK
