1. By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 544/2013 dated 29.11.2013, registered at Police Station Frash Bajar, District East, Delhi, under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of a compromise.
2. Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings.
3. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.
