1. Petitioner seeks cancellation of regular bail granted to the respondent no. 2 vide order dated 28.04.2026 in case FIR No. 71/2025 of Police Station Ambedkar Nagar for offence under Section 103(1)/3(5) BNS.
2. On being pointed out that what is sought is not setting aside, but cancellation of bail which can be entertained only by the court that had granted the bail, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file similar application before the learned Court of Sessions.
3. As requested, the petition and accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
